At Placer Family Medicine, we provide quality health care to patients of all ages and health conditions. As a family medicine-oriented practice, we are equipped to treat a wide range of medical conditions and provide quality primary care.

If a patient's health insurance does not cover the entire cost of their visit, they will be expected to pay any copays, deductibles, or coinsurances at the time of their visit.
CAN I REGISTER AT PLACER FAMILY MEDICINE AS A SELF-PAY PATIENT?

Yes, Placer Family Medicine is accepting cash-pay patients that do not currently have any health insurance. If you are interested in becoming a self-pay patient, please inquire about our self-pay fee schedule by emailing us at hello@pfm.health.
HOW DO I BECOME A PATIENT OF DR. GILL?
Please navigate to the "New Patient Information" tab above to obtain instructions on how to become a patient of Placer Family Medicine (PFM). Click on the blue hyperlink once you are on the "New Patient Information" page to complete PFM's New Patient Intake Packet. If you have difficulties completing PFM's New Patient Intake Packet, please e-mail us as at HELLO@PFM.HEALTH and include your name, date of birth, and preferred email address and phone number.
