APPOINTMENTS OFFERED

  • Primary care physician services for acute/urgent care patient concerns, chronic conditions care diagnosis/management, and preventive care services

  • Dr. Gill performs Well Woman Exams (including pap smears and vaginal/pelvic exams if needed)

  • Detailed Well Child Check for patients less than 18 years old.

  • Detailed Well Adult Exams (WAE)  for patients 18 years to 65 years old

  • Annual Medicare Wellness Exam (AMWE) for patients > 65 years old; patients receive a written preventive care services "Plan of Action" at the end of AMWE

  • Ear lavages

  • Pelvic speculum exams

  • Knee joint injections

  • Trigger point injections

  • Incisions and drainages

  • Birth control device removal
